Independence matters most

We support those who wish to live life on their own terms at home

Support that fits the life you want to live

We offer care tailored to your needs. Whether it's help with daily tasks or companionship, we're here to support your independence.
Companionship
Many people value company, conversation and emotional support as much or more than practical support. Our companionship service is ideal for those living alone, individuals who may be recently bereaved or anyone who would simply benefit from regular friendly visits. Whether enjoying hobbies, playing games or having someone to talk to, our Care Companions bring comfort and connection.
Personal Care Services
Our personal care services offer sensitive, respectful support with day-to-day routines that can become challenging over time. These include assistance with washing, bathing, dressing, oral care, mobility and getting into or out of bed. The aim is to help the people we support feel comfortable, confident and safe while maintaining independence wherever possible.
Dementia Care
Our philosophy is to see the person and not the dementia. We design highly personalised care plans that adapt as needs change, focusing on safety, routine, reassurance and quality of life. With a strong emphasis on understanding each individual, we support both the client and their family in navigating daily challenges with confidence and dignity.
Medication Services
Managing medication can be a challenge, especially when multiple prescriptions or schedules are involved. Our Care Companions provide gentle prompts, ensure medication is taken correctly and record each dose to reduce the risk of any missed or duplicated medication.
Meal Preparation
Good nutrition and hydration is essential for wellbeing. Our Care Companions can help prepare meals, cook alongside clients or take the lead if they prefer. They offer encouragement, support and company while the client eats, ensuring mealtimes remain consistent, enjoyable and stress free.
Wellbeing Checks
Planned short wellbeing checks on your loved ones for peace of mind and  reassurance on a regular basis. These are particularly suitable for clients who do not require a longer visit or as an early introduction to home care.
Housekeeping Services
A clean, safe and well-maintained home contributes to peace of mind. Our housekeeping support covers everyday tasks that help those we care for live comfortably, from light cleaning and tidying to other routine domestic duties. The goal is to ensure that the home environment remains familiar, welcoming and cared for.
Respite Care
Whether ongoing night-time care or short-term respite, we provide a trusted presence throughout the night or day. This service also gives family carers time to rest while knowing their loved one is in safe hands. Overnight support offers reassurance and helps many individuals stay safely in their own homes.
End of Life Care
We believe the final chapter of life should be filled with comfort, kindness and love. We walk along side families during this deeply personal time, offering support, understanding, reassurance and care that feels deeply personal and compassionate every step of the way.
Professional Partnerships
We can refer your loved ones to one of our trusted and vetted professional partners for more specialist care. Including regular foot care, professional health services from a private doctor, private physiotherapy and more.

We provide

Personalised Support
At AshwellCare, we provide personalised, flexible and compassionate support that helps you or your loved one live well at home. Every care package is shaped around the individual because no two people have the same needs, preferences or routines. Our approach is simple. We listen, we understand, and we design care that truly reflects the person we are supporting.

The right

Care Companions
We know that welcoming someone into the home is a significant decision. Our Care Companions are carefully selected for their values, skills and warmth, and we take great care in matching the right person to each client. This matching process considers care needs, personal interests and, where appropriate, shared preferences to help build trust and comfort from the very beginning.
