Let's arrange a chat

How would you prefer to talk?

Let's get

Started with care
We need to understand your needs and current situation so we can establish how to best help you and discuss your available options. The first step is a brief chat with you and our team, either over the phone, by video call or in-person at our office in Malvern. Once we've had an initial discussion we will arrange a free no-obligation visit to where the care will be provided, to further evaluate your needs and finalise your plan.

Our process:
  • Initial friendly chat to understand your loved one’s needs, location, care type, level of support, preferred days and times, and any carer preferences
  • We advise you on availability and your most suitable care options
  • Assessment date and time arranged at your loved one’s location with a member of our management team
  • Management team visit with your assigned carer for friendly introductions and a home walk through
  • Care begins as agreed plus access to our app for complete assurance
  • First week care update and review to check everything is working well for all parties
  • Six week review with a team leader and drop in satisfaction assessment
  • Annual review, or earlier review if care needs change

Urgent requirements

We understand that care needs can arise unexpectedly. Where possible, we aim to arrange care promptly and will always do our best to support urgent requests, subject to availability and assessment.

All AshwellCare carers are carefully recruited, fully trained, and DBS checked. We ensure our team meets high standards of professionalism, compassion, and reliability, with ongoing training to maintain quality care.

Adaptable

Absolutely. We understand care needs can change, and can change rapidly on a day to day basis. We regularly review care plans to ensure they remain suitable. Adjustments can be made at any time to reflect changing circumstances, preferences, or levels of support required.
